Born in Detroit, Michigan, and now a proud resident of Murrieta, California, Dr. Ward has always embraced adventure while serving others. His military tenure, which stretched across 25 years, in varies impactful positions with four combat deployments during Operation Desert Shield, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation Enduring Freedom. These experiences deepened his appreciation for diverse cultures and the importance of seamless travel logistics.

Transitioning from the military to the skies, Dr. Ward dedicated 17 years to Delta Air Lines as a Cargo Agent, Bag Handler, and Flight Line Dispatcher. These roles sharpened his logistical expertise and granted him an insider’s understanding of air travel, ensuring that his clients benefit from his wealth of firsthand knowledge.
